COMEDK 2026 Counselling Process — Step by Step

Register & Apply: Register on comedk.org (Jan–Apr 2026). Upload documents — 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet/admit card, photo, signature.

Appear for Exam: COMEDK UGET exam at designated CBT centres in May 2026. No negative marking — attempt all questions.

Online Counselling Registration: Register for counselling (separate from exam registration) and pay counselling fee. Document verification done online.

Choice Filling: Fill up to 300 college-branch choices in order of preference. This is critical — research cutoffs carefully and fill all realistic options before locking choices.

Seat Allotment Round 1: Seats allotted based on rank and choices. Accept & pay seat confirmation fee. If unsatisfied, participate in round 2 for better seat.

Round 2 / Mock Allotment: Students who didn't get preferred seat in Round 1 can participate. Seats that weren't accepted after Round 1 are re-allotted.
